![]() My title is as it is because, no matter how concise your search is, on here, or on google, searching ANYTHING for turning off autocorrect will give you results for every other device in the universe but the s6. So, simple question, is there, or is there not a way to turn off auto-correct on the S6, for the Swype keyboard? Solution = The $0.99 Swype App by Nuance Communications. The swype that comes with the S6 is NOT THE WHOLE APP! Download the Swype app (trial also has the feature but I'm unsure what it lacks). ![]() The issue is with a separate keyboard, kinda like how there is also the Google Keyboard (with it's own issues too)]. Oh and btw everyone posting to change it through Samsung Keyboard setting - This only fixes the issue in Samsung Keyboard (who's swipe feature is dramatically less accurate than Swipe's keyboard. Other keyboards are a solution, however, Swype's keyboard solved problems the othherrr keyboards presented. ![]() Though these may be "true" I (U*) can see the issue here for shorthand texters. "U can do it" goes to "I can do it" - "U suck" goes to "I suck" - "U need to find a girlfriend" goes to "I need to find a girlfriend" ![]() I have sent wayyyy too many possessive texts lately. OhMyGosh I've been looking everywhere to see if people are having the same issue with the "u" and "i" autochange code-work. ![]()
